Planning information is a starting point
Trade Watch Alerts helps visitors research proposed building projects. A planning application is not a quotation request, a confirmed budget, permission to contact an individual for marketing, or a guarantee that work will go ahead. Planning approval is not a confirmed construction start date.
Check the current record, drawings, dates and status with the relevant council before relying on a summary. Records can change, be withdrawn, be duplicated across sources or be unavailable. Coverage and availability vary; we do not promise that every application or council is included.
Reports, totals and previews
Published totals relate to the report or snapshot being displayed. Weekly and monthly reporting windows may overlap: do not add the figures together as if they represent separate projects. Counts do not represent customers requesting quotes or guaranteed jobs. Public previews may omit details available in the app, and website caching can mean a recent update takes time to appear.
